CUSTOMER CONTRACT

BW Privee – Customer Contract

This Customer Contract (the "Contract") is entered into by and between BW Privee ("We", "Our", or "the Business"), with a principal place of

business located at 9 Birkbeck Road, NW7 4BP, and the customer ("Customer", "You", or "Client") identified below.

1. Definitions

1.1. Services/Products: The services/products provided by BW Privee.

1.2. Customer: The individual or entity entering into this Contract to receive the services/products of BW Privee.

1.3. Fees: The agreed-upon amounts to be paid for services/products as specified per invoice.

2. Scope of Services/Products

BW Privee agrees to provide the following services/products to the Customer:

Personal Styling

2.1. Customizations: Any specific customizations or additional requests from the Customer beyond the initial scope will be subject to an

additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

2.2. Timeline: BW Privee will provide the services/products within the timeframe specified to the client at point of sale.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

3.1. Payment:

The Customer agrees to pay the total amount of the invoice for the services/products specified at point of sale.

3.2. Payment Methods: Payments may be made via Stripe, Square or Bank Transfer. Any fees associated with payment methods (e.g.,

transaction fees) are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1. Information and Cooperation:

The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for BW Privee to provide the services/products. This

includes personal information, event details, preferences, and any other data required.

4.2. Timely Communication: The Customer agrees to respond promptly to communications from BW Privee and to provide any necessary

approvals, feedback, or decisions as requested.

4.3. Compliance: The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the services/products provided.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Cancellation by Customer:

The Customer may cancel the contract at any time prior to completing payment by providing written notice to BW Privee. A refund will be

honoured if goods are faulty or incorrect.

5.2. Cancellation by BW Privee:

BW Privee reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, failure to make timely payments, or breach

of contract. In the event of cancellation by BW Privee, the Customer will receive a full refund for any payments made, minus any

non-refundable services/products already provided.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: All intellectual property created by BW Privee during the provision of services/products, including but not limited to designs,

branding, and custom creations, remains the property of BW Privee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2. License: BW Privee grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any intellectual property provided as part of

the services/products solely for personal or business use, as applicable.

7. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the term of this Contract. This

includes business strategies, customer information, and any other sensitive data. The confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of

this Contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages: BW Privee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the

services/products provided.

8.2. Limitation of Damages: The total liability of BW Privee under this Contract is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the

services/products provided.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before taking any legal action.

9.2. Jurisdiction: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action must

be filed in the courts located in the United Kingdom.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and

supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

10.2. Amendments: Any amendment or modification of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

10.3. Severability: If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force

and effect.
